Working collaboratively is a key component of project delivery, especially projects undertaken within a live environment or that are complexly staged. We believe that an eye for detail, communication, transparency and teamwork are imperative for the efficient delivery of projects and we pride ourselves on reflecting these qualities in all of our service delivery.
Once project teams are allocated to projects, they are given a detailed briefing and engage in pre-start meetings to ensure program timelines are met, particularly when projects are operating under time restrictions or where access for load in and load out is logistically challenging.

FLOOR GRINDING
ALD Corporate & Expert Demo have a wide range of floor preparation equipment ranging from single to 3 phase heavy grinders. We can accommodate grinding services ranging from minimum to 40000m2 and above.
All floor grinding is undertaken by experienced operators who can meet all project requirements, from light grinding of adhesive to heavy floor grinding in preparation for sealants and coatings (by others).

Environmental sustainability is an important aspect of our business. Demolition debris from all projects is segregated in accordance with its waste classification type and recycled accordingly.

Projects which include removal and disposal of existing workstations, furniture and equipment are salvaged and are either offered to local community groups, re-traded or disposed according to waste classification.
Monthly waste management reporting is provided to all clients for all projects.
HEAD CONTRACTOR WAREHOUSING
ALD Corporate provides a wide range of services to our clients, including temporary or long-term warehousing and building site establishment such as hoardings, site amenities and material storage.
CONTRACT & FINAL CLEANING
The team at ALD Services have the requisite training to complete cleaning and sanitisation of both large scale commercial projects, as well as residential and final tenancy cleans. All contracts are assessed for compliance and undertaken in accordance with the strictest adherence to statutory requirements.
SWMS and Material Data Sheets (MDS) are provided prior to commencement of all projects to ensure all safe workplace procedures are in place.
Our ITP processes ensure cleaning check lists are completed and final inspections are undertaken by the project team prior to handing over the project.
SANITISATION & DEEP CLEANING (COVID-19)
Due to the coronavirus pandemic the business has engaged a specialised consultant to ensure all our staff have undertaken sufficient training and accreditation to manage COVID-19, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for construction and in the workplace, as well as for those returning to work.
In consultation ALD have developed the relevant cleaning processes using approved chemicals, personal protection (PPE) and equipment in order to provide sanitisation and deep cleaning services.
ALD services are currently providing ongoing sanitisation cleaning for various tier 1 head contractors as well as commercial workplace clients which also includes COVID-19 SWMS, MDS and associated documentation which has been developed by our specialised consultant.
LABOUR HIRE & SITE ESTABLISHMENT
Throughout the years ALD Corporate have been providing labour hire services to many tier 1-3 head contractors. This is due to our experienced team understanding the needs and expectations of our clients.
Our labour hire team are able to provide the following which include:

Installation of protection such as corflute and MDF floor protection
